Tandwick handles your information to provide membership services, respond to inquiries and manage our work with you. Contact: tandwick.studio@gmail.com.

Information we use

Membership information includes your name, gender selection, country, date of birth, email, membership number, registration and sign-in dates, and privacy consent record. You can select “Prefer not to say” for gender. We also keep purchase records, transaction records and inquiry details where relevant to our services.

Accounts and service providers

Supabase provides authentication and database storage. Passwords are handled by Supabase Auth and are not stored in Tandwick’s customer records. Sites hosts this website. Google Gmail and Google Apps Script process inquiries; the staff workspace stores the sender, subject, date and a short excerpt. Our public inquiry form uses FormSubmit to deliver submissions by email.

Access and storage

Customers can access their own membership information. Authorized staff can access customer records for support and administration. Database permissions restrict access, and staff access requires two-step verification. Account sessions are stored in your browser to keep you signed in. The website also stores your language preference.

Your requests

Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to close your membership. We may need to verify your identity. We retain information as needed to provide services, handle unresolved inquiries and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. We will explain any information we need to retain when responding to a deletion request.

We will update this page if our handling of personal information changes.

Tandwickは、会員サービスの提供、お問い合わせへの対応、お客様との取引管理のために個人情報を取り扱います。連絡先：tandwick.studio@gmail.com。

取り扱う情報

氏名、性別の選択、国、生年月日、メールアドレス、会員番号、登録日・最終ログイン日時、プライバシーポリシーへの同意記録を取り扱います。性別は「回答しない」を選択できます。サービスに関連する購入履歴・取引記録・お問い合わせ情報も保存します。

認証と外部サービス

認証とデータ保存にSupabaseを利用します。パスワードはSupabase Authが管理し、Tandwickのお客様情報の表には保存しません。サイトの配信にはSitesを利用します。お問い合わせにはGoogle GmailおよびGoogle Apps Scriptを利用し、社員画面には差出人・件名・日時・本文の冒頭を保存します。公開のお問い合わせフォームでは、FormSubmitを通じて内容をメールで送信します。

アクセスと保存

お客様はご自身の会員情報を閲覧できます。権限を持つ社員はサポートと管理のためにお客様情報を閲覧できます。データベースの権限でアクセスを制限し、社員には二段階認証を求めます。ログイン状態を維持するため、ブラウザにセッション情報を保存します。言語の選択もブラウザに保存します。

開示・訂正・削除のご依頼

情報の開示・訂正・削除、退会については上記の連絡先へご連絡ください。本人確認をお願いする場合があります。サービスの提供、未解決のお問い合わせへの対応、適用される記録保管義務に必要な期間、情報を保持します。削除できない情報がある場合は、その理由をご案内します。
